R&D Purpose：
To identify, by cohort study for infant and toddler, the effects of the social and living environment on the development of mind, and body and language, and the mechanisms driving those effects, particularly on the neural base of social skills (the ability to understand and interact well with others) and the process by which those skills (the ability to understand and interact well with others) and the process by which those skills are acquired during the developmental period.
