By drawing on the diverse and varied potential and possibilities in ICT, this collaborative area supports projects targetting ICT, mathematical models and systems development for the securing of stable city infrastructure and public services, able to respond quickly to sudden impacts to society brought about by mass disasters and financial/social collapse.
