Outline

Time-domain survey observations attracting attention as next-generation astronomy produce an enormous amount of movie data unlike any astronomers had ever experienced before. It is required to detect rare, faint, and transient events surely and relay it to follow-up observations by telescopes in the world. This study will create fast real-time processing methods by introducing technologies on parallel computation, movie recognition, machine learning, and movie compression to contribute industrial and scientific fields including astronomy which require quick detections of faint and transient events in movie big data.
