Outline

Human intestinal organs harbor millions of microbial species, which compose a unique eco-system within the body. Recent progress in the sequencing techniques gave rise to a number of large cohort studies about human gut microbiome. These big projects usually provide most of the sequence data. However, metadata of samples are not the case. Here, we provide ultra-dimensional data for human gut eco-system sampled from Japanese cohort, which include 1) metagenomic sequence, 2) metabolome data, 3) clinical data, 4) life style, and 5) diet information. In addition, we aim to develop an advanced database system composed of the ultra dimensional data.
