Research Outline

The purpose of this research is to design the new legal framework for big data integration by conducting international comparative study of relevant law and policy, including the issues of privacy, copyright, and cyber security. This research is especially focusing on the "co-regulation" approach, which means the combination methodology of governmental regulation and industrial self-regulation.
