Outline

Our goal in this program is to visualize RNA silencing process directly by novel single molecule methods including the process from silencing complex formation to cutting the target RNA off as well as following dissociation event. Our original application of this technologies into RNA silencing process is no doubt to make new silencing mechanism clear. We hope this links to further new drug discovery and new medical application in near future.
