Outline
Our body structure is generated via complex cell-cell interactions. To understand the mechanism of pattern formation, we need mathematical modeling and reconstruction of the pattern formation process ex vivo. We utilize self-organizing perfusable capillary network as a key technology and reproduce three dimensional pattern fomation of multicellular sysetms, aiming at the complete understanding of the mechanism.
