Quantum information devices by single paramagnetic color center in wide-bandgap semiconductor

Research Results
For realization of quantum communication and computing, multi-qubits device which can generate entanglement is required. In my research, single paramagnetic color centers in wide-bandgap semiconductor are investigated. The target is the realization of quantum information multi-qubits devices for quantum processing, memory, and single photon source which can generate entanglement by utilizing their superior characteristic.
