Research Results
Thermoelectronic technology will enable us to control heat flow and temperature precisely in small electronic devices in future. To develop this technology, we will fabricate oxide thermal rectifier and also study thermoelectric and thermomagnetic phenomena such as Seebeck, Peltier, Nernst, Ettingshausen, Thomson, and Righi-Leduc effects in the strongly correlated electron system.
