Development of a high-sensitive ionization technique in mass spectrometry is one of the important themes for microanalysis of biomolecules. Recently variety nanostructures have been used for surface assisted laser desorption/ionization (SALDI). In this research, I study a synthesis of new ionization reagents and development of ionization method with using these nanostructures, as understanding the specific properties and the hierarchical structure. In addition, I establish ionization methods to be available for analysis of metabolite and environmental materials.
