To construct artificially-functionalized peptide aptamers having the binding abilities and specificities to target molecules, I develop the next-generation ribosome display technologies combined with cell-free translation system and chemically-functionalized amino acid-tRNAs. Furthermore, by integration of various metal complexes into their peptide structures, I will create new peptide aptamers with the emergent regulation of target-binding ability and self-assembly.
