Outline of Research Theme
With the miniaturization of various electronic devices, heating has become a serious problem, and development of high-power cooling device is strongly needed. In this study, we will fabricate self-organized magnetic nanowire with a three-dimensional position control, and realize spin-injection type ultra high-efficiency thermoelectric devices. It is expected that high-performance thermoelectric devices in extremely small size will be developed by only the combination of inexpensive and environmentally friendly elements.
