Study on Discrete
Stacking of -Conjugated Molecules within
Three-Dimensional Nanospaces
(Associate Professor, Chemical Resources
Laboratory, Tokyo Institute of
Technology)
The purpose of our
research is to construct discrete stacking
structures of planar aromatic molecules for
developing -conjugated functional materials. To
achieve this project, we utilize
three-dimensional nanospaces formed by
self-assembly. In those spaces, designated
number of aromatic molecules should be
efficiently accumulated to create highly stacked
-conjugated materials.
