Fabrication of
Nano-Circitry using Cylinder Phase Structure in
Block Copolymer Thin Film
(Assistant Professor, Chemical Resources
Laboratory,

Technology)
This project is
targeting fabrication of electrochemical devices
using block copolymer thin film with
phase-segregated nanostructure. The methodology
suggested here is including control of alignment
and grain size of phase structure in the film
under electrochemical E-field as an external
field, which can approach transportation and
diffusion nano-channel system with ultra-fine
resolution lower than conventional lithography.
The promising nanopatterned substrate could be
applied for structure specific nano-devices such
as field-effect transistors and single-electron
transistors.
