Research Results
Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) are essential switching devices for the next-generation organic electronics. In this research project, I will investigate the highly-ordered molecular arrangement of organic semiconducting materials for the dramatic improvement of charge-carrier mobility. In particular, we design solution-processable materials by using heteroacenes as charge-transporting units to develop the next-generation practical materials for OFETs.
