Research Results
Graphene, a single atomic layer of graphite, has a unique band structure, and the Dirac fermions dominate its electronic transport. In this project, we aim to develop novel electronic devices based on graphene. (i) Single electron transistors based on a single-layer graphene. (ii) Ultrahigh sensitive detectors of THz electromagnetic wave. (iii) Single quantum dot spin-valve devices.
