Design of Functional Surface Using Self-Oscillating Polymer

We have developled novel self-oscillating polymer and gels. By grafting the polymer or arraying the nanogel pariticles on substrate as a nano-oscillator, autonomous system to transport and integrate nanoparticles, biomolecules, cells, etc. with propagation of chemical wave will be created. By controlling the addtion time of substrates and the propagation behavior of the wave, we attempt to construct novel functional surface to build-up desired nano-structure. image
