Construction of the oligosaccharide nano device by using the technology of photolithography.

Even though the oligosaccharide plays important role in homeostasis, there are no sufficient functionalized oligosaccharide micro array for analyze there encompassing function. To develop the sufficient functionalized oligosaccharide micro array, the build-up technology on the surface of glass slide is indispensable. In this project, I will develop new method for synthesis of oligosaccharide on glass surface by fusing UCP (uni chemo protection) technology and photolithography technology. image
