Development and application of mathematical model connecting chemical reactions to cell populations
It is important to make clear how cells produce morphologies and functions of large scale by use of the signals at cell level. In order to approach this problem, I will develop a mathematical model which can describe chemical reactions at cell level, cell division, and cell differentiation, simultaneously.Using this model, development and morphogenesis will be investigated.
