Analysis of artificial genetic circuit for bistability dependent of cell-cell communication
Mathematical modeling is important to understand dynamical behavior of life. In order to uncover principles of differentiation, artificial genetic circuits constructed in a cell will be analyzed with dry and wet experiments.
