Outline
The goal of this project is to improve urban management decision-making under crisis management. For that purpose, we focus on the "digital twin city," We implement a simulator that reproduces the flow of people and fleigts under the crisis management, applying real-time monitoring data. This approach will enable us to consider measures based on numerical evidences, so that we can reduce economic and social losses in society.
