The dynamic motion of a living organism is caused by the molecular deformation that is integrated to a macroscopic level through its hierarchical structure. In nature, hierarchical structures are realized from molecular levels through dynamic self-assembly process dissipating chemical energy. In this study, to create an ATP fueled soft-bio-machine, we endeavor to integrate bio-molecular motors into a desired size and shape with well ordered structure by mimicking natural system.
