Microchemical chips, which can handle multiple chemical processes safely, quickly and cleanly, are attracted remarkable attention to realize sustainable society. This project aims at creation of biochip formed with 3D-array of “artificial cell membrane” in place of glasses and silicones widely employed in current technology. The array is fabricated through bottom-up approach using self-assembling process. The developed technology has potential utility for next-generation nano system and wide spread applications in proteomics and personalized medicine.
