In this study, biointerface molecules are designed from peptides and antibody fragments with affinity for surface structure of bulk organic and inorganic materials. Using the biointerface molecules, nanocrystals are multidimensionally selfassembled under the control by the surface structures on nanocrystals and the binding affinity of biointerface molecules.
