独立行政法人 科学技術振興機構（JST）では、研究者の国際的な交流を推進する「戦略的国際科学技術協力推進事業」を実施しております。 本事業の一環として、欧州11カ国14機関と協力し「災害に対する回復力（Resilience against Disasters）」および「効果的なエネルギー貯蔵と配分（Efficient Energy Storage and Distribution）」の2分野に関する研究交流の支援を行うこととし、課題を募集いたします。
■ 概要
CONCERT-Japan(*)は、欧州連合（EU）の第7回研究・技術開発フレームワーク・プログラム（FP7）のCapacities Programmeにおける国際協力活動プロジェクトの一つであり、EUより資金提供を受けて実施しています。このプロジェクトの目的は、欧州諸国と日本の間の科学技術協力を効果的、協調的に進めることであり、両者間に既に存在する協力関係をさらに推し進め発展させることにあります。日本から文部科学省、日本学術振興会（JSPS）、JSTの3機関がパートナーとしてCONCERT-Japanに参加し、これまでに欧州の参加国と研究支援に関する情報交換、相互学習、共同戦略の構築などを行って参りました。

本公募はCONCERT-Japanプロジェクトでの取り組みの一つとして行うもので、実際に日欧の研究者から研究交流提案を募り、合同で選考を行い、採択した課題を支援するものです。募集対象は「災害に対する回復力（Resilience against Disasters）」および「エネルギー貯蔵と送配電の高効率化（Efficient Energy Storage and Distribution）」の2分野です。

- i: FWO will only fund basic research
- ii: French ministries do not finance SMEs, but they might be able to participate under specific conditions

- iv: MIWF will only provide funding for the theme "Efficient Energy Storage and Distribution"
- v: OTKA will only fund basic research and only in the theme "Efficient Energy Storage and Distribution"
- vi: MINECO will only fund basic research and only in the theme "Efficient Energy Storage and Distribution"

申請にあたっては日欧共同研究チームで共通の申請書を一つ専用電子公募システムより提出していただきます。

研究交流課題が採択された場合、日本側研究者は2年間で1,000万円を上限として委託研究費を受け取ることができます。
