Practice on ELSI/RRI of Educational Technology Using Student Educational Data
EdTech, which utilizes educational data, is being implemented in society in the United States and other countries. In Japan, a roadmap for the utilization of educational data has been formulated. The EdTech widely ranges from already implemented to emerging. In this project, we will conduct case studies of advanced EdTech countries, explore academic and fundamental questions, and make recommendations for responding to ELSI based on an analytical framework of three categories: legal normative fundamental principles, legal normative regulation, and cultural backgrounds. We will also collaborate with various stakeholders.
