Construction of automatic large-scale synthesis system of diameter-controlled SWNTs and development of fundamental technology of SWNTs application processing |
The single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) represents a key material in nanotechnology. In this project, I plan to construct a fabrication system using fundamental technology for the highly efficient and low-cost synthesis of SWNTs and develop large-scale production by implementing automated synthesis. Furthermore, I plan to develop technique for precise diamter-controlled synthesis and methods for SWNT application processing. Finally, I will explore the SWNT application field by examining the electrical, optical and thermal properties. |
