Development of Integration Technique for Nanomaterials Using the Interfaces.
Abstract
In this research a versatile and simple technique for integrating nanomaterials will be developed. The liquid-liquid interface is applied to assemble nanomaterials into two dimensions. First, closed packed and highly oriented carbon nanotube monolayer film will be fabricated using the liquid-liquid interface with applying electric or magnetic field. Then the technique will be applied to integrate other nanometerials, such as inorganic nanoparticle, organic nanocrystal and polymer nanoparticles. The electric and photonic properties and application of the assemblies to solar cells will be studied.
