Activities

The scheme below shows the activities and products of the Center. CRDS conducts survey and analysis on R&D trends, STI (Science, Technology and Innovation) policies, social needs, and overseas trends, and finds the issues to be tackled. Through this process, we actively interact with stakeholders from industry, academia, and governments.

Our results are widely used by relevant governmental organizations, academic communities, and industries to formulate STI policies or plan programs and projects. CRDS publishes the results in the form of various reports, such as "strategical proposals" (regarding selected topics and/or STI systems to be tackled in our country) and promote dissemination through lectures and contributions to newspapers and other media.
