「体と違って、脳の健康は目に見えない」そう思っていませんか？確かに、頭の中を直接覗くことはなかなか出来ません。しかし、BHQを活用すれば、「自分の脳の健康状態」を知ることができます。BHQプロジェクトでは、脳の健康状態を示すBHQを体験、理解し、そして健康な脳と歩む未来をつくりだすためにはどの様な取り組みができるのか、一緒に考えるワークショップを実施します。

Have you ever wondered how healthy your brain is? Unlike our bodies, it has not been easy to see how well our brains are; however, with BHQ, it is possible. BHQ Project introduces the concept of BHQ, an index for the healthiness of our brain, and hosts workshops to think about how we can create the future where we all will stay healthy, both physically and mentally, together.
