Responsible Innovation with Conscience and Agility (RInCA) is an R&D funding program by the Research Institute of Science and Technology for Society (RISTEX), Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).
With the aims of addressing ethical, legal, and social implications/issues (ELSI) of emerging science and technology and promoting expansion and establishment of responsible research/innovation (RRI), RInCA program promotes R&D of comprehensive and practical approaches to ELSI/RRI.

R&D Projects
Since the start of the program in FY2020, it has funded 17 R&D projects and 22 feasibility studies.
We continue to challenge developing the practice of ELSI/RRI of emerging science and technology.
