- [Takaaki Suzuki] Polymer-based Vibration Energy Harvesting Technology Using Flexible 3D Microstructures
Gunma University
Graduate School of Science and Technology
Professor
A vibration energy harvester having unique flexible three-dimensional microstructures is developed by combining piezoelectric film deposition technology of PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) solution and three-dimensional lithographic technology. Small vibration energy of human body motion can be efficiently converted into the electric power by using the flexible device with low frequency wideband response.
