We study on novel vibrational energy harvesters that produce electric power from environmental vibration using electric double layer (EDL) electrets (permanent charge), which is new concept of electret that fix the electric double layer of ions inside polymer network. By using the EDL electrets, we target on a 10 µW class power energy harvesters from environmental vibrations less than 10 Hz.
