This study focuses on Home Energy Management System (HEMS) and Grid Energy Management System (GEMS) and proposes a novel framework for collaborative energy management system Based on the coherent energy management flow; i.e., “forecast”, “operation”, and “control”. This study also aims to build a standard platform for evaluation of an energy management system based on simulations and experiments.
