The 1st "Genomics of Biodiversity: Exploring the Formation Mechanisms and Conservation of Biodiversity"

JST and NSFC are promoting joint projects to comprehensively explore and explain general principles of biodiversity and its evolution, through the application of advanced genomic technologies, sharing of genomic information and enhanced cooperation between Japanese and Chinese researchers.

The 2nd "Delivery of Fundamental Technologies for the Use of Plant- Microbe Symbiosis and Microbial Flora: Identification and Control of Biological Function"

JST and NSFC are promoting joint projects to create techniques producing crops and substance based on a new concept focusing on Microbial Flora on the surface and within the plants.
