[Important] Notice regarding applications on the deadline day for the FY2025 research proposal call

Please be advised that due to the anticipated high volume of access on the application deadline day (Thursday, September 18 at noon), system delays or other disruptions may occur on e-Rad. We therefore strongly recommend submitting your application well in advance. In the event of unforeseen system issues or updates regarding the call for proposals, relevant information will be posted on this website.

In past years, there have been a number of problems due to applications received just before the deadline.We ask that you submit your application well in advance of the deadline.

Please note that even if you contact the e-Rad Help Desk regarding application submissions around the deadline, the final decision on whether the application is accepted will be made by JST. For any inquiries regarding application acceptance, please be sure to contact JST directly.

Please note that no proposals will be accepted after the deadline.

＜Notes on application＞

If you perform "retract" on the day of the deadline, and when the system is congested, you may not be able to access or upload after "retract", and you may not be able to apply in time for the deadline, so please refrain from retracting your application as much as possible.

If the application is not completed, the proposal uploaded before the retraction will be also invalid.

After completing the application, please confirm that the application status of turns to "Processing by funding agency in progress” = 「配分機関処理中 申請中」.
