Overview

Moonshot Goal 8 aims to realize a society safe from the threat of extreme winds and rains by controlling and modifying the weather by 2050.
This symposium will provide information and discussion on current and future research and development on the controllability of weather, focusing on theoretical aspects.

開催趣旨

ムーンショット目標8は、激甚化しつつある台風や豪雨を制御し、極端風水害の脅威から解放された安全安心な社会を2050年までに実現することを目指しています。このシンポジウムでは、気象の制御可能性に関する現在の、そしてこれからの研究開発について、その理論的な側面に注目しながら知見の共有と議論を行います。
