Research Outline

Various types of two-dimensional atomic layers and their heterostructure systems are synthesized by sequential chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and a multi-transfer technique. Furthermore, by the combination with intercalation and molecular self-assembly, next-generation nanoelectronics with unique electronic, mechanical, and optical properties will be demonstrated.
