Outline

Quantum anomalous Hall effect (QAHE) in ferromagnetic two dimensional electron gas (2DEG) induced by the spontaneous magnetization can be applied to a dissipationless device. In this research, we will realize the QAHE in 2DEG of d orbital strong correlated electrons by combining a ferromagnetic layer with delta doped SrTiO3 which shows quantum Hall effect. The relationship between magnetic domains and the quantum Hall resistance in Hall bar devices will be estimated. In addition, the investigation of controlling the properties of magnetic layer for the QAHE should pave the route for ultra-low power consumption electronics.
