Outline

The purpose of this study is to develop a new phenotyping system for dynamical change of plant shoot architecture with high resolution morphological information acquiring from extensive field. Wide range and high frequency but low resolution image data are producing by an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) remote sensing. Complementing such data by high resolution but low throughput morphological data based on a detailed scanning on the ground, I establish a wide-range high-resolution and high-frequency plant phenotyping system for quantifying both shoot architecture and its functionalities.
