Outline

The production instability to cause “the unexpected deterioration of productivity” hides around plant production systems. In this study, I investigate the production instability related to non-linearity and complexity in plant system, by time-course analysis of plant omics data and precious environmental data in a fully-controlled plant factory and construction of the mathematical model. I hereby elucidate the origin of “the production instability” in the plant production to avoid the risk in the plant production.
