This research theme will be focused at developing an image analysis methodology primarily aimed for complementing the loss of exmemplary farmer’s knowledge, caused by the decrease of the working population in agricultural field. An efficient deep learning based learning model will be built to diagnose various crop abiotic and biotic stress. In addition, a deep learning based methodology will be developed suitable for high content phenotypic screening. These together will establish a innovative next generation image analysis platform.
