Outline

This study investigates the movement of minerals and photosynthates under various environmental conditions by visualization technique using radioisotopes. To understand the system responsible for the movement, mathematical model and omics data are also employed. I shall challenge to realize how the plant copes with the environmental stress by alteration in mass transport, which is one of the key processes to crop production.
