There are several polymeric materials reported so far, which are not entangled in a classical sense. Controling entanglement states provides an interesting possibility to create novel material properties of polymers. By combining theory and analysis of configuration data obtained from numerical simulations, we will extract information on the topological constraints in systems, and aim to link it to their mechanical and rheological properties..
