There is established method to characterize the geometric structure of crystalline solid. Compared to the crystalline structure, the lack of mathematical tools to characterize the geometric structure of the amorphous structure makes the application of materials informatics difficult. We propose a new method to characterize amorphous structure based on the persistent homology and pursuit the guiding principle of the relationship between structure and materials properties in amorphous solid.
