The purpose of this study is to show the possibility which the Spin Seebeck power generation is enhanced from current pW-class to uW-class. By introducing the novel methods of fine structures and materials, we will enlarge the intrinsic parameters determining the generated power; Spin hall angular, spin mixing conductance and magnon temperature. After validation of the original ideas, the generated power potential will be estimated.
