Vibration energy harvesters (VEHs) are promising devices which are able to convert kinetic energy into electric energy. A key component of VEHs is electret which is a dielectric material having permanent electric charges. The electret is generally formed by charging technique, which makes the fabrication more difficult. In this study, innovative electret material composed of oriented polar molecule, which has high surface charge density and manufacturability, will be applied to VEHs in order to realize high energy conversion efficiency in the devices.
