Outline

This research project is to develop novel organic semiconductors for thermoelectronics as well as to create academic basis for them, based on high mobility obtained by unique molecular design- and aggregation-structural control-technologies. In addition, we work on establishing high-performance thermoelectric devices using the resulting organic semiconductors, solution crystallization methods for increasing the area, the thickness, and the integration, and promptly developing printed and flexible organic thermoelectric devices.
