The overexpression of protein is commonly used to investigate its function in cells. However, it is doubtful whether we see an essential protein function because overexpressed protein induces cells to abnormal conditions. In this study, I will develop the method to control expression number of protein by light illumination in living cells and recnstruct living presesses completely.
