Outline

The objective of this study is the development of the analytical platform for protein secretion from single cells. To achieve the measurement of the secretion products at single cell level, each cell is encapulated in a microdroplet to prevent dilution caused by diffusion. In addition, novel sample pretreatment methods will be developed for the measrement of the target secretion products in each microdroplet.
